Refrigerated medication
Updated over a week ago

We can send medication that needs to be kept in fridge such as some eye drops or insulins. Our packaging allows us to ensure we can dispatch your medication through our couriers or with our in-house drivers and maintain the recommended temperature conditions from our pharmacy to your doorstep.

Refrigerated items require special handling to ensure they remain at the proper temperature during transit. Here are the guidelines for these deliveries:

  • Special Packaging: Refrigerated items will be packed in insulated packaging with cooling elements to maintain the required temperature.

  • Signature Required: Deliveries containing refrigerated items may require a signature upon delivery to ensure they are received and stored promptly.

  • Delivery Timing: We aim to deliver refrigerated items as quickly as possible to ensure they remain effective. You will be notified of the expected delivery date.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, it is crucial to reschedule or collect the item from the delivery depot immediately. Refrigerated items that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be disposed of for safety reasons, and no refund will be issued.

  • Notification: You will receive a notification when your refrigerated items are dispatched. Please plan accordingly to receive the delivery.

If you have any issues or concerns regarding the delivery of refrigerated items, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We don't charge anything extra for medication that requires cold chain packaging.
