During checkout, you will be provided with a choice of courier based on the medication and your location. You should also see a delivery estimate for each.
For deliveries across the UK we use Royal Mail and DPD next day services with tracking.
Tracked 24 services do not require a signature, whilst Special Delivery parcels will require you to sign for the delivery, this would be for Controlled Drug prescriptions or refrigerated goods.
If size allows, the items will be put through your letterbox.
If applicable, the courier may leave your items in a safe place if you are not in when they attempt delivery.
If you wish to opt out of these options, you must state this in the Delivery Notes section of your order.
For select postcodes in London, we offer a signature same day delivery service.
Our drivers delivery Monday - Saturday and collect at 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturday. Deliveries will be made after this time.
Our drivers can be tracked on a map and an estimated delivery time will be shown after collection.

For deliveries to highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands Royal Mail will be the only delivery option.
For international deliveries, we use DHL Express International - delivery times vary by country.
Returns Policy for Damaged Items:
If your medication arrives in damaged condition:
We will replace any medication that has a broken seal. If the blister strips or medication packaging are compromised, please send us a photo so we can arrange a replacement.
Refrigerated Items: Items requiring refrigeration, such as a medical pen, cannot be returned due to safety reasons.
We will not refund items that have not been compromised.
