My Item is Showing as Delivered, But I Have Not Received It

If your order is showing as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we understand how frustrating this can be.

Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions on what to do next depending on whether your order was shipped via DPD or Royal Mail.

Double-Check the Delivery Location

  • Check Your Property: The first step is to check around your property. Sometimes, packages are left in a safe place, such as a porch, garage, or a neighbour's house. Also, check with anyone else in your household or building who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Verify the delivery confirmation details. If you received a photo or note from the courier service, it might provide clues about where the package was left.

Contact the Courier Service

For DPD Deliveries:

  1. Check DPD Tracking: Visit the DPD Tracking page and enter your tracking number. This will provide you with detailed delivery information, including any notes left by the driver.

  2. Contact DPD Customer Service: If the tracking information indicates the item was delivered but you can't locate it, you can contact DPD directly. DPD's customer service can be reached via:

    • Phone: Call DPD at 0121 275 0500.

    • Online Chat: Use the live chat option available on the DPD website.

  3. Request a Proof of Delivery (POD): DPD can provide you with a POD, which may include a photograph or the GPS location where the delivery was made.

For Royal Mail Deliveries:

  1. Check Royal Mail Tracking: Go to the Royal Mail Tracking page and enter your tracking number. This will give you the latest information about your delivery.

  2. Contact Royal Mail Customer Service: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, contact Royal Mail:

    • Online Help: You can also use their online enquiry form.

  3. Inquire About the Delivery Location: Ask if there are any details about where the package was left. Royal Mail can sometimes provide additional delivery notes.

Check with Neighbours

Sometimes, packages are mistakenly delivered to a neighbour's address. It's a good idea to ask your neighbours if they have received your package by mistake.
