If you have experienced an issue with your pen and have already received confirmation from our pharmacy regarding the matter, please take the following steps to return the medication to us:
Ensure the Pen is Secure
Place the pen in its original packaging to prevent any leakage or damage during transport.If you have received the medication in a white Signature Pharmacy box, please use the same box to return. There's a seal on one of the flaps of the box, that you can use to return the parcel.
Otherwise, if it was a brown box or your clinic box, just make sure to seal it properly before posting.

Make sure to select Return unwanted medication:
Then create the label, print and stick it to the box you are using.
3. Ship the Package Promptly
Return the item via post as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing.
