What does "Waiting for original" mean?

Unless your prescription is an electronic prescription, it is a legal requirement that we receive the original ink-signed paper prescription from the doctor. We're unable to dispatch your medication without this.

If your order is 'Waiting for original', this means we've received your payment and an electronic copy of your prescription however we are unable to dispatch your medication until we receive your paper prescription. You might need to post the prescription to us, or your prescriber will do this on your behalf.

Your order status will be updated as soon as your prescription is with us.
