We accept SignatureRx e-prescriptions. For other e-prescriptions to be valid they need to be signed by the doctor using an advanced electronic signature. If you have an electronic prescription, please send this to us and our pharmacy team will see if we can dispense against this.

If the prescription isn't a legally valid e-prescription but has an ink signed signature by your prescriber, you would need to send this to us before we can process it.
