What happens after we send you a prescription?

Once Signature Pharmacy receive a prescription, our pharmacy team will clinically check this to ensure it's suitable and we will ensure we are able to source the medication. If there's an issue with the prescription, we'll contact you to let you know.

After clinical checking, we will reach out to your patient with an email and SMS that contains a link to our secure checkout page. On this page your patient will be able to see the medication on the prescription, enter their delivery address and select their preferred delivery method.

If you patients are paying, they'll be able to securely enter their card details. For NHS prescriptions where patients are exempt or if we're charging the clinic, they won't be asked to enter their card details.
