Once you are registered with our NHS EPS service, the fastest way to order your repeat prescription is through your GP surgery. This could be via patient access, email, or telephone depending on your surgery.

Please note, surgeries usually take around 3 working days to process requests so we recommend ordering your medication around 5 working days before you run out.
