What happens after we send you a prescription?

What Happens After You Send Us a Prescription

Once we receive your prescription, our pharmacy team carefully reviews it to ensure it’s suitable and that we can source the medication for your patient. If there’s any issue, we’ll contact you straight away.

Clinical Check and Patient Contact

After our clinical check, we’ll contact your patient by email and SMS with a link to our secure checkout page.
From there, your patient can:
  1. View the medication listed on their prescription
  1. Enter their delivery address
  1. Choose their preferred delivery method

Payment Process

If your patients are paying directly, they’ll be able to securely enter their card details online.
For NHS prescriptions where patients are exempt, or if your clinic is being invoiced, no payment details will be required.

This process ensures prescriptions are handled safely, efficiently, and conveniently for both you and your patients.
