Refrigerated Medication

We can safely deliver medications that need to be kept in the fridge, such as certain eye drops or insulins.
Our packaging and delivery process ensures your medication stays at the recommended temperature from our pharmacy to your doorstep, whether via courier or our in-house drivers.

How refrigerated deliveries work

Special Packaging
Refrigerated items are packed in insulated packaging with cooling elements, keeping them at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours.

Signature Required
Some deliveries may require a signature to ensure the medication is received and stored promptly.

Delivery Timing
We aim to deliver refrigerated items as quickly as possible to maintain their effectiveness. You’ll be notified of the expected delivery date in advance.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, it’s important to reschedule or collect the item from the delivery depot immediately.
Items returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be disposed of for safety, and no refund can be issued.

Notification
You will receive a dispatch notification for refrigerated items, so you can plan to receive your delivery safely.
