Our Delivery Services
During checkout, you’ll be offered a choice of couriers based on the medication you order and your location. You’ll also see an estimated delivery time for each option.
Delivery options across the UK
We use Royal Mail and DPD next day services with tracking for deliveries across the UK.
Tracked 24 services do not require a signature.
Special Delivery parcels require a signature, usually for Controlled Drug prescriptions or refrigerated items.
When possible, items will be delivered through your letterbox.
If you’re not home, the courier may leave your items in a safe place.
If you prefer to opt out of these options, please write your preference in the Delivery Notes section of your order.
Same Day Delivery in London
For select London postcodes, we offer a signature same day delivery service.
Our drivers deliver Monday to Saturday.
Collections are at 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturdays. Deliveries will be made after collection times.
You can track the driver on a map, and an estimated delivery time will be shown after collection.
Please see the below list of postcodes eligible for same day delivery.
Special delivery notes
For highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and the Channel Islands, Royal Mail is the only delivery option.
For international deliveries, we use DHL Express International. Delivery times vary depending on the country.
Returns Policy for Damaged Items
If your medication arrives damaged or compromised:
We will replace any medication with a broken seal.
If blister strips or packaging are damaged, please send us a photo so we can arrange a replacement.
Refrigerated items (like medical pens) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
We do not refund items that are not compromised.
Please contact our support team if you need help with returns or replacements.
