My Item is Showing as Delivered, But I Have Not Received It

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we understand how frustrating this can be. Here’s what you can do next based on your courier service.

Step 1: Double-check the delivery location

Check around your property. Packages are sometimes left in a safe place like your porch, garage, or with a neighbour.
Ask others in your household or building if they accepted the delivery for you.
Look for delivery confirmation details. If you got a photo or note from the courier, it may show where your package was left.

Step 2: Contact the courier service

For DPD deliveries: Visit the DPD Tracking page and enter your tracking number to see delivery details and any driver notes.
If you can’t find your package, contact DPD customer service:

  1. Online chat: Available on the DPD website
You can also request a Proof of Delivery (POD), which may include a photo or GPS location of the drop-off.

For Royal Mail deliveries:

  1. Visit the Royal Mail Tracking page and enter your tracking number for the latest status.
  2. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact Royal Mail:

  1. Ask if they can provide details about where the package was left.

Step 3: Check with your neighbours

Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbour by mistake. It’s worth asking nearby neighbours if they’ve received your delivery.

Step 4: Contact our support team

If you’ve tried the above and still can’t find your package, please get in touch with us. To help us assist you quickly, please provide:
