Signature Pharmacy is an online pharmacy (also known as a distant selling or internet pharmacy).
We provide a wide range of pharmacy services for you and your family, wherever you live in England.
Please note: as an online-only pharmacy, you cannot visit our premises in person.
NHS Services
Dispensing
We dispense NHS prescriptions and provide expert advice to help you get the most benefit from your medicines.
We keep a large stock of medicines and use a fast, reliable wholesaler service to ensure your prescriptions are filled promptly.
Repeat Dispensing
We can dispense NHS repeat prescriptions issued by your doctor.

Medicine Containers
All medicines are dispensed in child-resistant containers, unless you request otherwise.
Please remember:
- Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.
- Our pharmacists can advise you on safe medicine storage.
Unwanted Medicines
We can help you safely dispose of unwanted medicines.
You can:
- Arrange for us to collect your unwanted medication, or
- Request a pre-paid return envelope, or
- Return unwanted medicines to any local pharmacy.

NHS Health Advice and Self-Care
Our pharmacists and trained assistants are available to offer advice on minor ailments and medicine use.
We can also support you with healthy lifestyle advice, including tips on stopping smoking and healthy eating.
If we can’t help directly, we’ll guide you to the right service.
Signposting
We can direct you to other healthcare providers or services that we do not offer.

Patient Medication Records
We keep records of all prescriptions dispensed by us to help ensure your safety and manage any medication queries.
We comply fully with the Data Protection Act and NHS confidentiality standards.
If you’d like to discuss your records, please ask to speak with a pharmacist.

Emergency Supplies
If you urgently need one of your regular medicines and can’t reach your doctor, we may be able to help.
This can only be done in genuine emergencies and may incur a charge.
