How to Return Your Weight Loss Pen to Signature Pharmacy

If you’ve had an issue with your weight loss pen and our pharmacy has confirmed that it can be returned, follow these simple steps to send it back safely.

1. Ensure the Pen is Secure

  1. Place the pen in its original packaging to prevent leakage or damage during transport.
  2. If you received your medication in a white Signature Pharmacy box, use the same box for the return. There’s a seal on one of the flaps you can use to secure it.
  3. If it came in a brown box or clinic box, make sure it is properly sealed before posting.

2. Use the Royal Mail Return Label

  1. Create a return label using this link: Royal Mail Returns
  1. Select “Return unwanted medication” when prompted
  1. Print the label and stick it securely on your return package

3. Ship the Package Promptly

  1. Send your package via post as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing
