How Do I Order My Repeat NHS Prescription?

Once you’re registered with our NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS), the quickest way to order your repeat prescription is directly through your GP surgery.

You can usually do this via:
  1. Patient Access or your GP’s online system
  1. Email
  1. Telephone
Processing times can vary, but most surgeries take around three working days to approve repeat prescription requests. To avoid running out of your medication, we recommend ordering your repeat prescription at least five working days before you need it.

We are also developing a new feature on our website that will allow you to order your NHS repeat prescriptions directly through Signature Pharmacy, making the process even easier.
