If you or your clinic selects the delivery option for your prescription, here’s what happens next and what you can expect.

Prescription Sent to Signature Pharmacy

Once your prescription is issued for delivery, it is sent directly to Signature Pharmacy for processing.

Payment and Delivery Preferences

  1. We will contact you with a payment link and options to select your delivery preferences.
  1. Same-day delivery is available for select London postcodes.

Delivery Address Notes

  1. If your preferred delivery address isn’t available, your prescriber may skip the address details. We will then contact you directly to confirm the correct delivery address.
  1. If the “Invoice Clinic” option is selected, you will not receive a payment link. Instead, Signature Pharmacy will invoice the clinic directly for your medication and delivery.

Track Your Delivery

You will receive real-time email updates and a tracking link via the Signature Pharmacy patient portal, so you always know when your prescription is on its way.
