We’re here to help you 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays) with any questions you may have. To make sure your medication gets to you on time, it’s important to know our delivery cut-off times. These depend on the courier and their collection schedule.

DPD Deliveries

  1. Dispatched 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays)
  1. Cut-off times:
    1.  Weekdays: 4 PM
    1. Weekends: 12 PM

Royal Mail Deliveries

  1. Dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
  1. Cut-off times:
    1. Weekdays: 4 PM
    2. Saturday: 11 AM

    Signature Same Day Delivery

    1. Available Monday to Sunday
    2. Payment cut-off times:
      1. Weekdays: 4 PM
      2. Saturday & Sunday: 12 PM
    3. Orders placed after the cut-off or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available day.

    Important
    Orders placed on bank holidays or after cut-off times will be sent the next day we are open or when couriers are available to collect.
