How Do I Order My Repeat NHS Prescription?

Once you are registered with our NHS EPS service, the fastest way to order your repeat prescription is through your GP surgery. This could be via Patient Access, email, or telephone, depending on your surgery.

Please note that surgeries usually take around three working days to process requests, so we recommend ordering your medication around five working days before you run out.

We are working on a new website that will allow you to order your NHS repeat prescriptions directly through us.
